This focused session targets one primary area to help boost recovery and reduce soreness without taking too much time. Whether it's a quick gloss-over on both legs or an intensive focus on a single issue, this massage is perfect for pre-event prep or post-workout relief. Best For: ~ Quick recovery from intense workouts or competition. ~ Addressing fatigue in specific muscle groups like calves or hamstrings. ~ Loosening up tight spots to maintain performance. Maintenance Tip: Sports Massage isn’t just a one-time fix. While you may feel relief immediately, consistent sessions are essential for keeping your body in top shape. Regular maintenance can prevent recurring issues and support ongoing performance gains.


We kindly ask that you notify us at least 5 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the required time, 50% Will be charged if notified within 5 hours. No Shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee to your card. This policy is in place as missed appointments prevent us from offering the time to another client. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
